Greenery is wealth and blessing that cannot be compared to anything. Vegetation significantly reduces pollution, dusting and noise, and creates nice emotions. In Arteks Engineering we care about greenery from the very beginning of the project. We do not compromise with greenery and sun rays to achieve another effect, façade for instance. We not only aim to keep the greenery we find, but also try to multiply it.

The complex offers homes with their own yard. These are apartments with their own zone, which is planted with trees and shrubs, separated from the surrounding homes with a unique screen made from multicoloured round stones. In addition, for residents convenience, from every home there is a connection to the main park in the complex.

The main park in the complex is toward the mountain and it is planned to be accessible, flat and nice for walks. Man here is embraced by the silence and calmness of nature. When we design man comes first, we visualize man in the environment. We foresee how man will move on in the complex, how all needed belonging, including cars, can be easily reachable, how to keep the private space, but as well to feel as one community with the neighbours. Here the way from home to the garage is indoors. There are housings with their own access to the garage.

We already have a diamond- the skyscraper DIAMOND BUILDING. Aria is our emerald; the complex is inspired by green colour. Here green colour is our inspiration?
